The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) is the most premier institute of India in the field of science education & research. There are seven IISER institutions in India at Bhopal, Mohali, Kolkata, Pune, Berhampur, Tirupati and Thiruvananthapuram.

IISER takes admission through JEE Advanced.

Cut off rank of IISER through JEE advanced was approx. 6500 in 2016 it is expected to be increased in 2017. As, there is increasing trend in cut off of IISER.
