If you have successfully submitted the form and you want to change one of the options then it would be quite difficult to change if the form is online, for which you will have to wait till the correction window but in correction window this chance will not be provided to you, in offline mode it could be easy to change so one of the better option is to mail to  Helpdesk of the college/university with this you definitely can have a resolution.
