The training and placement cell of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore is responsible for conducting smooth placement drives and establishing links with the world of work. As per the NIRF 2025 data, 2559 students secured DAVV placements in 2024. DAVV median salary offered to UG students ranges from Rs 3.90 LPA to Rs 7.95 LPA in 2024.

DAVV PG's median salary ranges between Rs 6.56 LPA to Rs 5.78 LPA. The main work of the cell is to take care of the DAVV placements and provide training to the students by organising various placement-related activities.

One of the main objectives of the training and placement cell of DAVV Indore is to help students meet their career objectives and conduct workshops, seminars, and lectures. DAVV placement procedure includes sending relevant information to the companies that are recruiting, in return the companies send the job descriptions, fixing of date and time of campus visits, pre-placement talks, written test, GD and PI and final DAVV placements.

No placements don't expect one if you get it will be ok but if not try getting off campus, but you won't get one by sitting ideal in college also college won't help you , not conducted any seminars till now for placement

Placement is decent.Companies are come s to campus placement.approx 50-60% students are placed.The average package of the college is around 3-4 lakhs per annum.Rest of the students also placed out of campus recruitment drive.

With a JEE Main rank of ~1,85,000, getting Civil Engineering at IET DAVV Indore is unlikely for General and OBC categories, as the 2024 cutoff was around 1.57 lakh.

However, SC/ST category candidates have a good chance, since their cutoffs go beyond your rank.

What Is The Cutoff For Admission In DAVV Indore For B.COM Or BBA

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) Indore has not yet released the official cutoff for B.Com or BBA admissions for 2025.

Based on previous years’ data (2022):

For B.Com, general category cutoff percentile was around 90.
For BBA, general category cutoff percentile was around 89.

Admissions for 2025 are through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The university has moved to an app-based online system for admissions. Some applicants faced technical issues like slow servers and registration problems.
