Average academic, descent campus Life and high fees.

    College Infrastructure

My faculty is School of economics and It's little old but have good classrooms in it and has an auditorium also with specific rooms for meeting and cabins and has 1 floor. Classrooms have projectors in it and is working also have a private library. Overall the infrastructure is descent, not very bad. University have basketball court volleyball group and football ground and athletic ground too and has one central library. It's maintained. Has one descent canteen.

    Academics

My college academics are rigorous and fast-paced, leaving limited time for preparation and understanding. The semester moves quickly, with a strong emphasis on academic performance. This demanding environment requires effective time management and focus to keep up with the curriculum.

    Placements

Our college has a decent placement record, with a dedicated placement cell that focuses on enhancing students' skills and employability. The cell works closely with top companies to facilitate campus recruitment and provide students with opportunities to secure desirable jobs.

    Value for Money

I'm disappointed with the value for money in my government college course. Despite being a government institution, the fees are steep, similar to private colleges. The academics and placements are average, making it hard to justify the high cost. Feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. I get charged more than 1 lakh per year

    Campus Life

Campus life is fantastic! Our college has a beautiful campus with a spacious auditorium where various events are frequently organized. These events provide ample opportunities for students to showcase their talents, network, and have a great time. It's a lively and engaging environment!

    Academics

    Placements

The placement opportunities provided through this college were extremely disappointing despite the promise of connecting students with the top companies, the reality was very low placement rate for my specific course

    Good college

    College Infrastructure

The college building is not too big but okay. Classrooms are fine, fans and lights work mostly. Library is small but has useful books. Campus is clean but not much hangout spots. Wi-Fi works sometimes.

    Academics

Some teachers are really good and helpful, while others just finish syllabus. Classes can get boring at times. Syllabus is fine but not very practical. We do get presentations and assignments regularly.

    Placements

Placement is not that great. Few companies visit and most roles are in sales or fieldwork. You have to put your own efforts to get a job. College gives some support but not much follow-up after that. Decent placement

Have a question related to DAVV ?

What Is The Cutoff For Admission In DAVV Indore For B.COM Or BBA

    Hii,

You must take the CUET UG exam in order to be admitted to DAVV Indore for B.Com (Hons) or BBA. Aim for a score in the range of 310 to 390 for the B.Com (Hons). Aim for 330–410 on the BBA exam. Actual cutoffs may differ from these broad category estimates. Additionally, make sure your exam scores for the 12th grade are at least 60%.
Although admissions are now open, some students are having trouble using the new online platform. On May 30, the first registration period closes, and on June 7, the second one begins.

What Is The Cutoff For Admission In DAVV Indore For B.COM Or BBA

    Hi dear candidate,

At the DAVV Indore, the primary criteria for admission in either BBA or BCom is based on CUET UG marks and they do not release the cut off list from their side.

You would need marks around 350 collectively in all required subjects like Accounts, Business Studies, Economics and English in CUET.

DAVV also provides admission based on 12th class marks (50% minimum) and some cases if two candidates have same CUET marks then their 12th class marks are considered as tie breaker.

does davv took admission on class 12th merit basis

    Hello

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) usually does not admit students to Class 12 based on merit since Class 12 is typically completed at schools, not universities. DAVV primarily offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses where admission is often based on Class 12 marks or entrance exams, depending on the program. So, for Class 12 itself, admission is generally handled by schools following their own criteria, not DAVV. If you’re asking about admission into DAVV courses after Class 12, then yes, merit based on Class 12 results can play a role
