can I eligible for IISER exam if I got 77.2% in cbse board & of category OBC???

Hello Puja,
Yes, Sure you are eligible for IISER but you must be aware of IISER Admission Criteria. iISER don't take admission on basis of 10+2 Marks only. It take admission on basis of JEE Mains/KVPY/GATE/NET etc.  So you have to go through any one of these exam as per your qualification.
