National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal opening rank for Civil Engineering is 314 and closing rank is 314

National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal  opening rank for  Electrical & Electronics Engineering is  280 and closing rank is  429

National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal  opening rank for  Mechanical Engineering is 546  and closing rank is   577

So, you have very less chance to get any branch in NIT Surathkal.
