Yes, any graduate candidate wo has completed the graduation from any stream is eligible to apply for the civil services exam (UPSC) but he/she must be between 21-30 age group. Exam is conducted in 3 rounds: first is prelims round which consists of questions from verbal and quantitative Aptitude, communication and general knowledge. Those who clear CSAT (prelims) are eligible for mains exam and interview.
