Cut-off for the colleges changes ever year according to the difficulty level of CAT exam.
Talking from the past records you can get the call feom MDI gurgoan in around 85%ile and spjimr in 90%ile. Baby iims give you call above 95%ile. Relaxation is allowed to schedule caste for around 5 to 10%ile.

Applicants are selected on the basis of various factors such as the CAT percentile, academic performance, work experience (if any), etc. Test scores are important but complete profile of the candidate is considered.

If you are expecting 134 marks in the CAT exam, your expected percentile is 95 - 97 percentile and with this percentile you can expect a call from newer IIMs like IIM Shillong, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, etc.

Also, you have good chances to get a call from MDI and SP Jain and get selected.
Selection process include interview, group discussions, so you should prepare for the further process.
