Kavyareddy In 2019 the cut off for admission into MBA was as follows for general female category
1)Kakatiya University: 1150
2)Osmania University:117
3)Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University:194

Considering this you have decent chances of getting seat in KU and it is difficult to get seat in OU and JNTU. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
