Considering your rank in entrance exam is 1111 and that your boards exam score is 85.2% you seem to have a less chances for admission in PU, Chandigarh.
There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
And with your rank and marks in boards your chances  are not much for Chandigarh campus.
Other than that as far as regional centres are concerned your chances are less. But try for the regional centres in the subsequent counselling. So wait for the final ranks after combined scores for a better estimate.
