Hello!
M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering - [MKCE] - Karur had an opening rank of 3072 and closing rank of 8446. So I am sorry but you won't be able to get admission in that college.
In fact, the cut off for all the colleges for the computer science engineering branch mostly ends at 10500 rank but not more than that.
