Well based on your rank you can get the seat in case JNTU ananthapur-CSE.

Apart from JNTU you can get colleges like:

Andhra university Visakhapatnam-Marine Engineering.
College of engineering ,Sri venkateshwara University (SVUCE)-ME.
University college of engineering Kakinada-Jawaharlal Nehru technological university
