The campus of IIIT Delhi is located in New Delhi's Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III. The campus is 25 acres in size. The site includes a building for academics, a library and information centre, a dining hall, and hostels.The campus includes a number of green building features and is GRIHA accredited, zero-discharge campus with sewage treatment facilities, rainwater collecting, heat pumps, and solar power plants on terraces of all new buildings.
