You can get admission in DU in three ways :

Merit :
Once the cut off is out you can directly go to the college with all your documents (Original Marksheet, Certificate, etc.) and get secure your seat. Generally Du gives you 3 days for the process.
For getting in top colleges of DU like SRCC, Hansraj,St. stephens etc you need to have above 95% in you boards.

Entrance Exam :
If you are interested in courses such as Mass Communication, Journalism, BMS (Bachelors in Management Studies), Bachelors in Bussiness Economics (BBE), etc. you will have to crack entrance exam

Sports Quota:
Students with State and National Level Players with certificates, there is a direct admission without any Entrance or Percentage requirement. You just have to clear the trials.If you have National Level Certificate, some colleges might take you even without the trials.
