Once again same fact will be used as in previous question asked by you, there is only BE in Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai but although you will have slight edge towards MIT because it is government college. If we talk about Anna University then it itself does not offers ECE course but some of the affiliated colleges do have so you can go for any one of them. But although I would prefer you to go with SASTRA University if you don't have any kind of financial crisis because fee of SASTRA University is little bit higher as compare to MIT because MIT is a government college and hence it's fee is quite low.

If you are not placement oriented then MIT, Chennai will be the best place for you.
