IITs are good for their B.tech courses. But if you want to pursue MBA then you must give CAT and there are also special exams conducted for direct entry to mba in iit roorke. But beleive me it's not worth to do mba in IITs . Better to look other reputational institutes of mba.

MBA programme offered by IIT Roorkee is quite descent. If you don't have better choices then you can definitely go for it.
Placements are in the range of 9-10 lacs avg.
Batch size is small and IIT tag. Positive aspect is it's a growing college.
Better than choosing private institute giving the same placements.

The ROI is also great as the fees is also on the lower side.
