Both are decent college but IIT Kharagpur is better than SPA Delhi for architecture. IIT Kharagpur takes admission through Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) entrance exam and SPA Delhi through JEE Main.

Only the candidates who qualify in JEE (Advanced) 2017 are eligible for AAT 2017. There is no relation between JEE (Main) Paper II and AAT.
