Merit list is based on 12th percentage bar.  for reserved category candidates there is 5% relaxation from general category minimum percentage requirement.

Selection board will collect and arrange the application form and start sorting candidates as per the eligibility criteria along with other factors. There are reservation for different categories.They will make the list which will be more appropriate for selection for different categories. candidates whose  name is in merit list can only go for further process.
