CDM-01 deals extensively with the fundamentals of disaster preparedness and focuses on strategies for effective community engagement, as well as addressing ways of collecting relevant disaster-related information and its successful dissemination.

The Elective Course-CDM-02-demonstrates different strategies and approaches to be used to plan and manage disasters in a timely and effective manner. The course also focuses on effective strategies for careful treatment of accident and injury, and restoration and recovery techniques.
