IGNOU offers BCom with the following subjects, you may choose accordingly;-

Bachelor of Commerce with Major in Accountancy and Finance -

Candidate having passed 10+2 or its equivalent

Having passed Common Proficiency Test/ PE/ Foundation from ICAI

Candidates with registration in Professional Competence Course/ PEII/ Intermediate (Chartered Accountancy First Stage) of ICAI can also apply, or

Candidates already passed Professional Competence Course/ PEIII/ Intermediate

(Exclusively for Chartered Accountancy Students –ICAI) are also eligible.

BCom with Major in Corporate Affairs and Administration -

Candidates having passed 10+2 or its equivalent with registration in Company Secretaryship Foundation Programme

BCom with Major in Financial and Cost Accounting -

Candidates having passed 10+2 or its equivalent with registration in ICWAI Foundation Course

Bachelor of Commerce -

Candidates with 10+2 qualification or having passed BPP from IGNOU are also eligible.

After completing graduation from IGNOU, you can apply for government jobs as well, in case of private jobs it's great if you can develop some skills such as doing any computer course, tally etc,
