Hey, I am sorry to inform you that only the candidates belonging to the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are eligible to fill the form.
However, there are certain other parameters so you can check the eligibility criteria for TS EAMCET here:

Hello Ankit,

The eligibility criteria for appearing in TS EAMCET includes certain parameters like Nativity, age, percentage, category etc. So Candidates belonging to Andhra Pradesh or telangana can appear TS EAMCET exam.
