Bro you are comparing collrges of way more far difference. Nsit is reputed and top college of delhi where nit manipur is a bottom one nit, a new one whose probability of placements are very low.
Take nsit it would be best for you.

Rating and review wise, both the options are good but comparatively NSIT is better than NIT Manipur. So I would suggest you to consider the same.
