Akshi, Delhi has Institutional Quota and a Candidate who has completed his/her 12th in Delhi is eligible for Delhi 85% State Quota. And if you have UP domicile, you can fill UP as your State of Eligibility and the rest of the States will be considered for All India Quota by default excluding Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh because Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh do not participate in All India Counselling.

Hello there,

If you want to avail the quota from UP, you should fill Uttar pradesh in your form.

But to avail the quota you'll need to produce the domicile of the same state you've applied for during the counselling. Make sure you have that and you'll be good to go.
