see neet state counselling for would be held by state authority and you must satisfy the domicile criteria to become eligible to sit for state counselling. now coming to all india quota counselling, 15% All India Quota seats (except Jammu Kashmir) and all seats ofDeemed Universities/ Central Universities/ Seats of ESIC & AFMC including Delhi University(DU), BHU,AMU, AIIMS & JIPMER will  be  conducted  by  the MCC/DGHS  on the basis of NEET score.

In order to apply for All India Quota (15%) and all seats of Deemed Universities/ CentralUniversities, The candidates need to register on MCC website: https://www.mcc.nic.in/
