Anita, IGNOU undertakes an admission test for admission to some courses including MBA. The ebtrance test is known as IGNOU OPENMAT. National Testing Agency, NTA will conduct the IGNOU Open Management Aptitude Test (OPENMAT) 2020 on April 29 and only those candidates who clear this exam will be offered the admission to MBA Programs at IGNOU. Now, the eligibility criteria for the IGNOU OPENMAT in terms of educational qualifications states that a candidate must have scored at least 50 % marks in aggregate,of all the years/semesters, or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree if he/she belongs to general category and 45% or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree for the SC,ST and PwD categories. Therefore, if you have fulfilled this eligibility criteria and the other ones too, then you are eligible for the admission to the IGNOU through OPENMAT.
