I got 102 preparatory rank in jee advan..so can you suggest me what will I do shall I go for the prep.course in iit or take admission in nit

Hii rahul,
If you are getting a decent branch in a top NIT and you are not too desperate for IIT tag,you should go for NIT. Otherwise preparatory course is also a good option. This also depends upon course offered.
