Hello there
Yes, you would be able to get admission in DTU and NSUT if you have 17k CRL in JEE-MAINS paper 1 and belong to EWS category.
The branches that you can get in NSUT are:

ECE
ME
MAE
ICE

The branches that you can get in DTU are:

EE
ME
MAE
ECE
Env. Engg
Software engg ( May be )
IT ( low chances )
