greetings rimpy,

with 27500 rank, you have good chances of getting CSE in DTU in EWS quota.

pls refer to the following link about dtu cut off 2018:

you will for sure get admission in IGDTUW, following are the previous year cut off:

My crl is 175869.can I get any college under jac Delhi. I am outside delhi. I got 10 cgpa in board exam.

alright CRL 175869 is not enough to get into DTU. but since there was no EWS category till last year, we cannot analyse things and make assumptions. chances are low but hope for the best.you have a very low chance in IGDTU.i cannot say about others.
