Both osmania university and jntu hyderabad are state government college funded by telangana government and are top colleges in telangana.I assume you belong to general category as you haven't mentioned the category you belong to.For a general category student with rank 3366 , it is difficult to get cse branch in jntu or osmania

1. jntu cutoff for cse - 805 (for general)
2. osmania cutoff for cse - nearly 700
