From the options you have mentioned, it is more up to you. If you are passionate about medicine and can go for private colleges or abroad, then choose that, this year itself.
If not sure about the private colleges, but you're passionate about medicine then you can drop (may be start your B.sc from correspondence in the mean time).
If you don't find yourself passionate enough for medicine then don't chase it and do your B.sc from DU. With B.sc and then M.sc you can apply for NET JRF exams in future or you can prepare for various jobs in the government sector related to your field.

I'm sorry but I don't think you'll get a government MBBS college but you might make it to Semi Government BDS colleges. You will get good private colleges but you have to pay a lot for that.

Regarding your 2nd option. If you're sure that you can crack it next year and you're full confident about it then go for a drop, if not then I'd suggest you to do something else. B.Sc in DU is a good option if you really want to do research or become a professor in future. And abroad is not a bad option as well but after completing your grads in abroad, you have to face a test conducted by MCI so that you can practice in India.

You have not mentioned you state so it will be difficult to predict exactly. However, generally with general category and 446 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible as cutoffs are usually 500+ for general category.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
Going for B.Sc or MBBS os completely your choice, so look where your interest lies and career expectations you have and then take a decision.
