53,000 rank is a bit higher rank. SInce you have the obc reservation and ipe marks 970 which is comparitively a better mark. You have little chances of getting thorugh. But at the same time you might not be able to get through into core branches like computer science engineering, electrionics and communications engineering, electrical and electronics engineering etc.

However, you have chances to get into other courses like chemical engineering, civil engineering. If you have the home state reservation your chances mught improve.
