Talking about you jee main percentile..it is hard to get any college with this percentile in ipu for cse but you can apply,it also depends upon whether you are of inside delhi or outside delhi,but for general it is hard.you can try get good colleges in ipu but for other branches not cse with your rank..you can algo try for getting admission in other good colleges . For admission in ipu you can also give ipucet which you can giver as per as your 12 percentile is concerned.
