You have obtained 47,816 rank in JEE Main corresponding to your 95.6 percentile in JEE Main. You have been allocated Mechanical Engineering in LNMIIT and waiting for ECE. You have also been allotted CSE in VIT Vellore. Now it is on  your interest and passion of study. Both the college and branches too which you ate getting are good. Therefore, if you are fascinated in computer Science and its application then go for CSE and else you can choose ECE in LNMIIT too . Both colleges are good. So you should prioritise your interest and further career goals.
