Considering that your SC category rank in JEE Mains is 9640, you don't seem to have much chances for admission in NIT Surathkal. As per the previous year trends, the last rank in the SC category to get admission in this college was a rank around the rang of 4000-5000 in both Home state quota as well as Outiside State quota.
