The answer to your question is yes, you can surely get admission in good colleges Of IP University even if you don't belong to Delhi region.
You can get the top colleges like MAIT, MSIT and VIPS.
However, you won't be able to get BBA 1st shift in MAIT but you would surely make it in the subsequent rounds.
And for rest of the colleges, you can get any one that you want.
