SCMS has one of best collections of books and international and national journals. Around 700 students can be seated at a time. It also has online information portal for students. The classrooms of SCMS are spacious that can take up 60 students. There are medical rooms for students and 24-hours ambulance available. SCMS also has a gym. The computer center is the biggest highlight of SCMS that has more than 600 computers and also supports the fastest Wi-Fi speed of 10 Mbps for 24 hours.

Hi, I have applied in SCMS Pune for BBA and I am waitlisted on no.5 in 1st merit list (differently abled category), what are my chances of getting in the 2nd merit list.

Hi,

There are a total of 300 seats in BBA programme in SCMS Pune.

Wherein, for Indian Students 240 seats including reservation for (SC 15%, ST 7.5%, Differently Abled 3%)+ 2 seats per program for Kashmiri Migrant.

It means there are a total of 7 - 8 seats in Differently abled quota.

Since, you are wait listed at 5th in 1st merit list, there's is only approximately 37% chances for seat clearance.

For you to get a seat, 5 out of 8 confirmed listed students need to give up their seats which is a very rare case.

So, please just take precautionary measures to secure a sear in any backup college .

I have been waitlisted 35 in the first merit list of scms pune, what are the chances?

Hello,

From 2015 to 2019, you could easily acquire admission to Scms Pune if this was your waiting number. However, this year, everything has changed.

I make this statement because, in the past, students frequently had a wide range of alternatives available to them because all tests and their results were made public at the same time as those from other universities.

However, IPMAT and DUJAT are the last two major tests left this year, and because they have a lengthy application procedure and many students apply, it will take some time before the results are announced.

As a fallback, many students reserve their seats until the time of the results, but because these private schools have stringent refund policies and only grant refunds up to the date specified, it is possible that the date of the DUJAT results surpasses the time frame within the date of refunds for Scms. In this case, because they would have to forfeit their money, the students would refuse to leave the college.

So, it's a scenario that may occur (I'm just imagining the worst case scenario, don't give up).
