Generally students can use the college library after 1st year only still feel free to ask about this to your college librarian or faculty authorities for exact information.

Firstly congraculation for this. For library card you will get information because college will issue notice regarding date and time on which you have to visite library for your library. Also you can conform with them they will tell you after 2-3 days of starting of session.
