Acharya Narendra Dev College, New Delhi
It is a simple numerical of simultaneous equations.
Let, the distributions received by A, B, C be x, y, z respectively.
So, from first condition,
x = 0.5 ( y + z )
So, 2x - y - z + 0................ ( 1 )
From second condition,
y = 1/3 ( x + z )
So, x - 3y + z + 0 .................... ( 2 )
Now, from third condition, x = y + 500 ........... ( 3 )
Putting value of ( 3 ) in eqn ( 1 ), we get,
y - z = -1000
So, z = y + 1000...... ( 4 )
Now, From ( 2 ), ( 3 ) & ( 4), we get,
y = 1500/-
Putting this value in eqn ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) we get,
x = 2000/-
z = 2500/-
Hence, the amount distributed among A, B and C was 2000/-, 1500/- & 2500/- respectively.
Depends on your interest, courses that you are eligible for and various other factors like travelling cost, if you get a better course in some other college then you should go ahead. Don't switch for the sake of college your course and degree matters a lot more than that.
Best of luck!
Hi priyanshu. Both the colleges are good and congrats for getting that good percentage. But for the course you are asking I think you should join Dyal Singh College.
acharya narendra dev is a decent college of Delhi University. But if you have options then you should definitely seitch your college. You should switch your college to dyal singh college. It is a very popular college of Delhi University and is famous for its societies. Also the location of this college is best in Delhi. It is located near khan market. The area is very good. Also the faculty of the college is well experienced and extremely helpful.
ARSD, ANDC, DDU, Keshav Maha., Dyal singh are the better options. go for the one which is easiest for you to commute if you are a delhi-ite because all of them are almost the same.

hope this helps
