Hello,
With your SC rank, you can get CSE in DTU. Please go for the counseling. Seats get filled upto 90k. Also you can get more info regarding all that from the careers360 page

Hello, you have very less chances of getting CSE in DTU. But you might get some other branches. So try out for the counseling. All the best
