this time iet agra is on progress because i am studying in this college . 

placement and study of this college is very well because some teachers came in college from iit's and nit's .

i hope after some years this college is best for engineering.

IET Khandari is a good option only if you don't have any other options left. They dont’t have much facilities and results take forever to be announced.
