I have been alloted a seat in NIT Raipur in round 7. Can I report at NIT Andhra Pradesh to claim the seat?

dear aspirant,

 The authorities have released the detailed list of JoSAA 2019 reporting centres where candidates who are allotted seats during the counselling process will have to report. There are 18 reporting centres for IIT seat allotment and 45 for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. It is important for the selected candidates to report to the JoSAA 2019 reporting centres and if not done, it might lead to cancellation of admission.

Yes you can report to any NIT+ RC, there is absolutely no restriction of your choice, it logical that you would choose a RC closer to you.
