Hi,
The cutoff for admission in nits varies every year as they depend on many factor like number of student applied, category, seats available etc.
However with previous years cutoff you can have an idea about your admission chances. you can refer the following link to know the previous years cutoff at nit trichy https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-nit-trichy
As per the previous year cutoff the chances are very less to get a seat in NIT trichy even from home state qouta.
However you can try for the state level counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc. To know your admission chances in JOSSA counseling & State counseling, You can use JEE Main college Predictor tool -

Hey aspirant,
First of all, congratulations to you for your results. Now, as you haven't mentioned that if 23,133 is your CRL rank Or CATEGORY rank Or homestate rank but considering it to be homestate rank and according to previous years cutoffs you may get CIVIL branch based on your homestate quota but as we all know that cutoffs vary every year based on many factors. So, you may get in NIT TRICHY with atleast one branch. But to have a better idea of other colleges which you might get into based on your rank, homestate use the link mentioned below- https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
