According to previous year opening and closing rank given in the josaa website it is very difficult for you to get admission in IIT Roorkee(Mechanical Engineering) based on your rank.

Congrats for your JEE Advanced Rank.Your rank is enough to get into Indian Institute of Technology , Rooekee for branch Mechanical Engineering as you have OBC-NCL quota and female quota as well on the basis of last year cutoff

Suman, yes you can very easily get mechanical engineering in IIT Roorke. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs.

But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.
