It would be difficult to provide you the exact prediction about the admission possibilities & qualify score as JEE Main is being conducted twice for the first time and the rank will be based on NTA percentile score.

Based on this score your probable rank will be 108,118 - 128,118. With this score the chances are less to get a seat in IIIT Delhi. In Punjab the admission is also based on JEE Main score and 85% seats are reserved for Punjab candidates, rest of seats are for the other state candidates, The chances seems less to get a seat in PEC Chandigarh but the other colleges you can try in Punjab are-

Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, Fatehgarh Sahib

GGS College of Modern Technology, Mohali

Ludhiana Group of Colleges, Ludhiana

Baba Kuma Singh Ji Engineering College, Amritsar etc.
