Hey! Hi.
See, you may get B.E. Civil at Hyderabad Campus but we cannot guarantee it. Rest talking for M.Sc, YES, you will surely get M.Sc Physics, Chemistry and Biological Sciences at Hyderabad Campus.

Yes you can get msc in all three BITS campuses. But getting BE mechanical is a doubtful situation.

Last year civil branch cutoff was 273 and you have scored 271 so it is very difficult to predict that.
