With the said rank and caste category, you will have admission chances in top colleges under JNTU as well as OU. Some of the colleges you can get are as follows

1. University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad

2. JNTUH College of Engineering, Hyderabad

3. Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad

I have already used the college predictor and it shows that I'll get a seat in all the available colleges. But my question is, whether I'll get Computer Science in Osmania and JNTU or not? Please tell soon, thanks.

Adnan Mohammad Yes, you will get JNTU and OU. I have already mentioned the colleges of both OU and JNTUH.
Both Universities are good. You can apply based on your choice.
