I have so many backlogs so i wnat to join ignou and follow the credit transfer of course . Will i face any problm in upsc exam

As long as you have your graduation degree with you within the age limit eligibilty criteria of UPSC entrance exam, you can apply for the course and will not face any problem.
The Eligibility criteria for the exam States that the Candidate must have done graduation with minimum 50% in any Subjects stream from a recognised University. The candidate must be between 21 to 32 years of age ( general category ). Reserved categories get a benefit of 2-5 years of age accordingly.
So, if you satisfy this criteria, you can apply for the exam.
