If you look at the qualifying cut offs for General Category, it is 720-147. So you just scored the cut off marks. With this score, it is very difficult for a seat anywhere. MBBS, BDS, Ayush courses all have higher cut offs this year which means you cannot get a seat in Counselling. So if you are adamant about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good.
