As far your fee concession in nit you should fall under ews category because reserved category such concession is given for more information you should visit the official site of Jee mains .

Hello Jayashree ,
I am sorry to tell you that you won't be able to get admission in NIT SURATHKAL with fee consation as you haven't cleared the JEE Main cutoff .You need to clear JEE MAIN to sit for JoSSA counseling .
