Usually, it takes time to confirm admission, it may range from days to weeks, but since it has been 2 months already, as someone already helped you by providing the contact number of RC Kolkata, however people are not really so attentive to calls. Although you may try for it.

You can also try reaching out mentioning your query to ssc@ignou.ac.in they are quite attentive to students query and respond quickly, it may help you out soon.
